03 / NOT JUST A RIDE

Call him Onion.
Leave as a friend.

Behind the wheel, and at the heart of your island day.

[Onion: add how many years you have been driving and guiding.]

[Onion: share where in Saint Lucia you grew up.]

[Onion: add the languages you speak.]

Tell Onion what a good day looks like to you. A long lunch? Another swim? A stop for that view? Start there.

07 / A FEW HANDY ANSWERS

Good to know
before you go.

Still wondering about something? Put it in your message. A little planning makes for an easier day.

Ask Onion
How do I pay?

Cash in US dollars or Eastern Caribbean dollars (EC$). Ask Onion about card payments before you travel, and confirm your fare and payment arrangements when booking.

What’s the exchange rate?

The Eastern Caribbean dollar is fixed at EC$2.70 to US$1. Ask how your quote is denominated and what currency you’ll receive as change.

Can children come? What about car seats?

Tell Onion the children’s ages and whether you need a car seat when you enquire. Seat availability and the right arrangement for your group must be confirmed ahead of time.

What should I bring?

A swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, comfortable footwear and cash for entry fees or lunch. Bring water and a change of clothes if your day includes swimming or the mud baths.

Are entry fees included?

Entry fees, meals and paid activities are not included unless your quote specifically says they are. Ask Onion to confirm the costs for your chosen stops before booking.

Will I be back in time for my cruise ship?

Your ship’s timetable comes first. Share your ship name, arrival time and all-aboard time. Your route and return buffer are agreed before setting off, with stops adjusted to bring you back in good time.

Can we change the stops?

That’s the idea of a private day. Tell Onion your must-sees and anything you’d rather skip. The final route depends on your pick-up location, available time, conditions and attraction access.

What if I need to cancel?

[Onion: add your cancellation notice, refund terms, and arrangements for weather or cruise itinerary changes.]

Ask Onion to confirm the cancellation terms before you book.
